Group Search Director

A key role with a major worldwide digital agency, with top clients across various verticals. This positions requires a candidate with strong search marketing, client management & team management experience.

Group Search Director

- Responsible for the oversight of assigned client accounts and the direction of associated staff

- The GSD crafts appropriate strategies, develops POVs, and key strategic documents to provide thought leadership and drive innovation

- Develop and approve manpower estimates on assigned accounts in conjunction with Search Directors

- Responsible for revenue generation on assigned accounts

- Meets with agency and account teams to provide in-depth strategic recommendations for current and potential clients

- Accompanies Search Directors to meetings and pitches when new strategies or opportunities are being presented

- Establishes current and long term goals and objectives for responsible accounts, subject to approval by Managing Director

- Researches and participates in new business activities across their agency and within search

- Leads upper level client and agency relationships, and manages overall relationship building process on accounts

- Develops and measures appropriate key performance indicators to coach staff to effectiveness

Salary: 
+$120k basic + benefits (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
