We’re facing some great global changes at the moment, with international markets having to undergo huge amounts of change. The very certainties that people have relied upon in the past are now no longer what they were, and for all businesses the need to constantly innovate to compete is ever present.
Harper Stephenson Search & Selection was started as we believed that the ever changing face of global commerce provided an opportunity to provide a service. This opportunity lay within the niche of providing a specialist executive search service to companies who were looking to leverage the growth prospects that are there with ecommerce and digital. This fast changing and dynamic sector has been an engine for growth, whilst other sectors have stalled. Its potential to change the face of the global economy is there for businesses of all sizes to see.

There may be changes in the world, but we face the future with confidence and we look forward to working with clients and candidates who also share a positive vision for the future.
