Welcome to the Harper Stephenson Search & Selection website. We are a UK based specialist ecommerce and digital recruitment business, who work globally with our client base to secure them “first quartile” level candidates.

We’re best described as a boutique-style agency, who have an international focus and outlook. We believe that ecommerce and digital is a truly global business sector, and as such we work on roles in several countries – including such fast growth international ecommerce markets as The Middle East, Russia and China.

Our point of difference is our focus on being an expert in our specialist area of operations. We don’t want to try and be “all things to everyone” and so we clearly focus on our sector and aim to deliver a truly expert level of service. As we operate globally, we are also able to take quality candidate talent from one country to another. This transfer of knowledge and experience can be crucial to help companies expand in fast growth international markets. Our ability to network and deliver globally is another reason for potential clients to work with us.
